How We Build Your Home

Our process begins with an in-person meeting to discuss your ideas and any plans you may already have. During this meeting, we share insight on cost and what your overall budget should look like.

In over 90% of cases, we work with you to design your home — including all plans and documents. People often ask for a price up front, but we can’t provide accurate pricing without detailed plans and countless hours of work. There’s no honest way to price a custom home without that groundwork first.

The next step is a Pre-Construction Agreement and deposit — a contract that starts the real design process. Over the following weeks and months, we work alongside you to build out the plans, specifications, and details of your home. This may include onsite meetings if you already own property, or help securing a site of your own. Once this process concludes, we’re able to provide a solid, accurate price for your project. It takes time — but it results in far fewer changes down the road.
