Jason Smith
Jason grew up in the construction field and began building his own projects in 1994. After he and Melissa married in 1998, they began building custom homes and high-end spec houses in 2002. Jason is a Registered Builder with the Builders Association of South Central Kentucky and holds numerous certifications, including NAHB Green Builder. He has served on the Builders Association Board of Directors in various positions and was appointed to the Bowling Green Historic Preservation Board. Jason has a background in AutoCAD and design, along with years of hands-on experience across every role on the job site. He is also a Kentucky Licensed Real Estate Agent.

Melissa Smith
Melissa was pulled into the construction industry after meeting Jason and has been an active member of the building team since 1998. She is a Certified Interior Designer and Realtor, selling several million dollars of property per year. Melissa is available to assist customers with design ideas and material selections, and also serves as General Manager of Buck Nekkid Pools, JSC’s sister company.
